To return an item, please keep the following points in mind:
- Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
- You can only initiate a return after your order status shows “Delivered.” If your order has been received but the status hasn’t updated yet, it will automatically update within 24–48 hours, and your return window will start from that time.
- Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
