🔄 Return Guidelines
To return an item, please keep the following points in mind:
- Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery for both Daraz Mall and non-Daraz Mall products.
- You can only initiate a return after your order status shows “Delivered.” If your order has been received but the status hasn’t updated yet, it will automatically update within 24–48 hours, and your return window will start from that time.
- Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- The item is damaged, defective, or expired.
- The item is incorrect, counterfeit, or not as described.
- The item is of wrong size or does not fit.
- Any accessory, freebie, or part included with the product is missing.
